No User Accounts
Dancy is designed to be used without registration. We do not collect, store, or ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers. Your subscription and token balance are linked directly to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store ID.
How We Handle Your Images
To provide our AI-powered dance and art services, we need to process the photos you upload.
Processing: When you upload a photo, it is sent to our secure servers to be processed by our AI algorithms.
Non-Retention: We do not store your original or generated images permanently. Once the transformation is complete and the result is delivered to your device, your images are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
Privacy First: Your photos are never used to train our AI models or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payments and Subscriptions
All financial transactions are handled by the respective app stores (Apple/Google).
We do not have access to your credit card or billing information.
Subscriptions and token purchases are managed through your Store account settings.
Note: Since there is no login system, deleting the app or changing devices may result in the loss of tokens if not backed up by your Store ID.
Data Collection & Analytics
We use standard third-party analytics tools (such as Firebase or RevenueCat) to improve app performance. These tools collect anonymous technical data, such as:
- Device model and operating system version
- App usage patterns and crash reports
- Subscription status (anonymous)
Third-Party Services
Our app may use third-party AI processing providers to generate high-quality content. These providers are strictly prohibited from using your images for any purpose other than performing the requested task and are required to delete data after processing.
Your Rights
